Designed a retrofit MBR to replace the existing septic tank and sand filtration system for North Country School in North Elba, NY. Characterized flow and organic loading to the facility. Sized new system based on current and expansion for future demands. Designed to meet stringent treatment standards due receiving water NYSDEC classification Size screening MBR units, all pumping, tank sizing, piping, instrumentation, control strategy, and provisions for odor control. Obtained permitting from the NYSDEC. Managed construction oversight and startup of system.
